Shipping & Order Information
We will ship your items as soon as possible. Orders received by 2:00pm PST will ship the same day. Rest assured, we will let you know if any part of your order may have a delay that is longer than normal. Your package will be shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Overnight shipping is available. Call for details.
NOTE: Due to California regulations we are unable to ship to a California address.

Returns
When you receive your purchase, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to the address below within thirty (30) days of receipt. When we receive it, we will exchange or refund the item (less appropriate adjustments for shipping). Please email us with your name, order number, and the reason for your return so we can quickly identify your return and send you further instructions.
Package the product you’re returning in its original box (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation email. Please note whether you would like a return or an exchange.
